SUMMER RENTALS​

Villa Bernice is made up of 4 units, three of which we regularly rent out during the summer to vacationers or immersion students

• San Francisco – bungalow for two – generally free from September 15 to June 15.

• Malibu – bungalow for two – generally free from June 15 to September 15.

• San Diego - Apartment for 4 - usually free from June 15 to September 15.

• Long Beach - our primary residence - can be traded

Each bungalow / apartment has its own private space (outdoor lounge and garden)

Each bungalow / apartment can freely enjoy the swimming pool and the barbecue.
